The Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) is an online visa system that allows eligible travelers to apply for entry into Somalia electronically before their trip.
Travellers who are members of the Diplomatic Missions and International Organisations accredited to Kenya are required to complete an eTA.
Diplomatic passport holders may be exempt from fees depending on bilateral agreements. Please check with the relevant authorities or apply through official channels.
No, each traveler must have their own individual eTA, including children and infants. Group applications are not permitted.
You can apply online through the official Somalia eTA portal at etas.gov.so. Complete the application form, upload required documents, and pay the application fee.
You will need a valid passport (at least 6 months validity), a passport-style photo, travel itinerary details, accommodation information, and a valid payment method.
