How to apply for Somalia eTA
Who needs to apply
All visitors, including infants and children, must obtain an approved Electronic Visa (eTAS) before starting their journey.

- short-term study (up to 6 months)

- marriage or civil partnership

Requirements
- Passport valid 6+ months with a blank page
- Selfie or passport photo
- Contact info (email and phone)
- Arrival and departure itinerary
- Accommodation booking confirmation(s)
- Return flight ticket (if applicable)
- Valid email for eTA (PDF)
- Payment method for the fee
Persons/Countries exempt
- Visa free: Rwanda, Malaysia
- Visa on arrival: Djibouti, Ethiopia, Burundi, Mauritania, Tanzania, Uganda, Algeria, Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, Comoros
- Exempt: multiple-entry visas, residence permits, UNLP
Validity and notes
- Single entry; cannot be modified or transferred
- Validity starts from selected arrival date; enter within 180 days
- Ensure accurate data; corrections require new application and fee
- eTAS cannot be extended once issued
- Carry a printed or digital eTA when traveling
